Andrew Castagno is a graduate student in Marine Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He is interested in ice-environmental interactions and his current research is focused on the biological impacts of meltwater flow. Before attending UNCW, he worked as head field technician and lab manager for a biogeochemistry lab at Cornell University. He's very excited to be in the Arctic!
